Errico Recanati, Head Chef of Restaurant Andreina since 1997, has won the Michelin Star in 2012. He was born in the grandmother’s kitchen with wild game and spit, he has formed with very important international chefs as Gianfranco Vissani, Pietro Lemann and Martin Dalsass.
In July 2014 he is one of the 5 Aces to represent Marche region to Expo and in the same year he won the First Prize at International Festival of Brodetto (a typical italian fish soup). In 2015 he is member of the prestigious association “Le Soste” that with its top selction of italian reasturant is actually what is italian cousine in the world.
Errico Recanati cousine starts from tradition of italian cooking and it is strictly linked to the territory and its products of excellence: today with new techniques and modality. For him is a long process, a journey into his knowledge, a total immersion about what he just is and what he wants to be.
