Guest Michelin Chef Andreu Genestra has led the local kitchen brigade in order to showcase a 10 courses tasting menù from November 27th until December 4th, 2016.
Being the first time for a Spanish Chef in Taiwan, the media exposure was really big. The press luncheon was attended by more than 30 journalists who enjoyed a fine selection of Italian wines (from Marche Verdicchio to Veneto Amarone) paired with the tasting menu offered by Mallorcan Chef who has recently achieved his third Sun in the prestigious Spanish Repsol Guide (2 suns for "Andreu Genestra" Restaurant in Cap De Pera, 1 sun in his restaurant in Palma de Mallorca "Arommata").
