Michelin 2 stars chef Ebbe Vollmer leaded the Prime One Restaurant team (Taipei Garden Hotel in Taiwan) and presented a unique tasting menu. The first time a Swedish Chef in Taiwan was a great success thanks to the synergy between Convention Bureau Terre Ducali and Cosmos Group.
The new cooperation between Cosmos Group and Convention Bureau Terre Ducali at Taipei Garden Hotel features the Swedish chef Ebbe Vollmer, whose restaurant just received the accolade of second Michelin star.
This was the first time a Scandinavian Chef came to Taiwan to show his cooking style. Ebbe Vollmer leaded the Prime One Restaurant team, which is one of the most appreciated fine dining steak house in Taipei, to prepare an 8 portions menu with Nord-Europe spring fragrance and flavor.
A selection of Italian wines was paired with the Chef's creations: from the red wine IGT Bisaccione of winery Conti di Buscareto in Senigallia (Marche) to “sparkling” Franciacorta of winery Berlucchi.
From May 9th to May 14th, 2017, more than 30 journalists from the main magazine and newspaper of Taiwan joined the event. Around 300 guests after noticed the news came to taste the fist Michelin menu “made in Sweden” in Taiwan.
