Municipalities of Central Italy are Convention Bureau’s main public shareholder followed by private shareholders highly specialized in the events and tourism industry.

Aspes Spa is a company totally owned by the Municipality of Pesaro running Vitrifrigo Arena (10.000 seats), one of the biggest indoor venues of Italy. Convention Bureau Terre Ducali is the in-house event production company and services provider for large scale events of Vitrifrigo Arena: sport, music&entertainment, m.i.c.e. & corporate. Aspes Spa is Convention Bureau Terre Ducali main shareholder.
